CASE STUDY: NEW AMAZON FASHION RETAIL EXPERIENCES
SERVICE DESIGN RESEARCH FOR AMAZON FASHION  Group Project (3) Fall, '17
Students were asked to rapidly develop concepts for the future of fashion retail, including consideration of brand, product, services, environments, advertising, buying, and merchandising. Wrote and designed a printed text including a compilation of our teams research, development and concepts.

Amazon.com... what do we typically buy when we shop there? Was your answer clothes? I bet not! Why is that? What types of services, systems, events or incentives might we create to get consumers more into purchasing fashion goods through Amazon.com or one of their companies that they have acquired? This framed question was one that was presented to a few of us at SCAD during a 3-day design challenge with a few designers from their home office. After being paired up with the art director at Shopbop.com, the below is a concept that we developed. The solution is presented through a Press Release and Frequently Asked Questions or PRFAQ for short.
